I found out about it here:

It's obviously dated, and the pdf quality isn't perfect, but it's still pretty interesting reading and a whole bunch of things haven't actually changed worth beans.
I'd upload it here directly but it's 40MB. (Four times the upload limit.) If some moderator-type feels so inclined I think having a copy hosted on NES would be great.
