Da brother was headed to Chicago, couldn't have been a legal gun owner cause he had so many encounters with the law. Man I said it before, them people are gonna be why we lose our guns if it ever happens.

Okay, so when is the term "active shooter" actually appropriate? Reading the story, it looks like this guy looked suspicious, the trooper stopped him for questioning, and he pulled a gun. That sounds more like normal bad guy stuff.
