I dont wanna blame anybody but some people UP there, could have paid attention to that prediction! Blaming people wont resolve any issue but my *** there are real people down there now who if not dead are hungry and sick! :x It's natural calamity could not be prevented but people up there could have prepared something for the worst!

Sorry.... I'll just shot up! Just can't stand the sufferings...
