I've bought a few guns from A&J and not experienced any problems with the transactions. I've had to return new guns directly to S&W, Taurus and Browning for adjustments, but none that came from A&J. It's entirely possible that the overwhelming level of current sales caused support to slip through the cracks. Since the Bond Arms receivers are sold as an incomplete firearm, with barrels sold separately, the fit issue wouldn't be apparent until assembly after the sale. Glad you got it resolved with Bond Arms' assistance as it appears that they make a quality product. You should discuss it directly with Joe at A&J - he doesn't seem like such a bad guy.
