Bought the last 11 boxes at Four Seasons and last 8boxes of 8x57 at Callaghans. Forget 6.5x55 swede, I can't find it ever.
Anybody know where theres any of either?

6.5x55 Swedish surplus is sold out since some years and there won't be any more coming from Sweden.
Secondary market over here is paying $ 0.80+/rd once some comes up in a private sale/auction.

Give Foster Bear Outfitters a call (Foster RI) (401) 647-4867

Last time I was in there (a few months ago), I'm pretty sure that he had some and the prices weren't awful.

Just checked Rcmp has hornady ammo
303 Brit 200/270$
6.5x55 200/260$
762x54r 200/270$
8x57 200/270$
Not surplus ammo but by far better prices that I have seen locally.

private partizans ppu then reload the brass or sell it as once fired...good accurate ammon at 12-15.00 a box.then defer the sold brass,@5.00 FOR 20 ROUNDS...cant go wrong..thats what id do.

You can't find the 6.5x55 Prvi or Igman (Hotshot) around reasonably?
I reload it and have several boxes of FFV Norma AB, Swede surplus and one S&B in my stash, but it's not worth shipping (unless you're around SE CT).

I shoot it, but I shoot mostly my reloads in the Swede.
These items only amount to about 5 boxes; it's rather a pain to ship UPS. If you can arrange to meet in North Stonington or Branford, I would sell it. I'll pm you more details...

6.5---try Plymouth bay outfitters, they usually have some. Be ready to pay around $1/round. Online prices are not much better, and all I could ever find was PRVI partizan (spelling?)

that 6.5 is the worse I have ever seen. Over $1 per round is way too much. Same with the 7.62. $270 for 200 rounds????? WTF are they made of gold?
