80% lower ar15 i think i screwed up

So I started drilling my 80% lower.
I got to a part in the instructions where I got a little baffled.

The circled holes, I drilled to 1.25, because the wording said the most screws to the left.

Am I screwed?
Did I ruin my lower?
Or, do I now have to run a pre-assembled self contained trigger?

I ordered a drill press for the rest of it. Doing it with a 12v hand drill takes way to long

I haven't looked at my prints, but I don't think that a little extra room in the trigger cavity will cause any problems as long at the safety lever has not been compromised. The most critical part of doing an 80% lower are the fire control pin locations.

Upon closer inspection after taking the jig apart, it appears I drilled a hole straight through to the where the hand grip goes.

This is still what remains of the top side

Probably, but them being $400 to $3000 vs $90 , ill deal with the little more time

That hole is supposed to be there. It's the dedent pin for the selector.

That hole is there on every one of my lowers for the safety detent.

The rear of the pocket looks a little far back for an AR not that it wouldn't work?

Once you use a mill you will never go back. Having something to reference would be a great help.

That's fine. You are just making a pocket for the trigger components to work in. You can make it bigger for the M16 cut. Also for the future undersize your hammer and trigger pins and use an anti walk pin set with the connector because there is a lot of pressure from the hammer that will egg out the hole.

ok, i see it. the bottom hole is for the safety selector detent pin and spring. that looks fine. the hole on the left on the back wall of the hole that is at an angle should not be there.. but I don't think will get in your way. You can probably fill it with epoxy. I don't think it will effect the function of the gun.
