Communist MA
I like the Scar 17, needs a couple easy mods to be MA compliant.

I also like my M1A in a sage EBR chassis (also need the stock fixed and muzzle break pinned).

Also like a good Mosin as it is cheap to buy and cheap to shoot.

AR10 is also a nice setup if you like an AR type setup.

Whats your opinion on the best 7.62 cal rifle that is MASS COMPLIANT?

People are making fun of you because your question suggests that you have no idea what you are talking about, and rather than offering that up front, you are acting like you know what you are talking about.

7.62 means nothing other than the bullet diameter. It could include 7.62x39, 54, 54R, or finally 7.62x61. (is there a metric designation for 300 win mag?)

There is no such thing as a Mass compliant rifle, as long as its not an AW, its compliant. It is possible to make almost any rifle comply with the assault weapon ban with about $150 worth of parts and labor.

So it comes down to how you should have stated your question in the first place.

What do you want to do with it?
What kind of gun are you interested in, bolt, semi-auto, modern, classic, russian, american, etc.

What is your budget?
