Hit up Martlet, hes an MA ARNG recruiter. Also might be worth checking out NH and CT. Another fun fact, eventually you can make your way to flight medic. MA has dustoff, as does NH. Not sure if they take brand new medics though.

The training will be tough to sit through as it is a lower provider level that your paramedic cert.
