Took my three .38 Special revolvers to the range. Gorgeous 65F, sunny, breezy. 1912 Colt Police Positive Special, 1937 Colt Detective Special, and A 1943 M05V4 S/W Navy Victory Special. Distance ~47 feet with Federal 158gr LRN @770fps and 209ft-lbs energy. All functioned perfectly. Police Positive had the most recoil, the Smith the least (biggest). 30 rounds each; score 219/1X for the Police, 203/1X for the Detective, and 211/0X for the Smith Navy. All shots double action.

First 5 shots top right group, next 5 I tried to hold over,,,, not so good

Found my T-Grip for my Colts fits my 7/43 Victory revolver. Beautiful day, which I guess why the range was crowded today. 61F, clouds/sun, light breeze. Instead of having the range to myself, I was forced to shoot from the 25 yard line. While I don’t plan to engage anyone at 75 feet, it’s nice to know I can. All shots double action. 50 rounds Federal Champion 158gr LRN. Next time out I need to try my PPk/S at 25.
