C&R. In MA.

I get a kick out of some people in MA. That think if your selling a C&R firearm to another C&R holder in MA. you don't need to do an EFA-10.Just do the C&R Transfer.

Yeah I've had to explain this to a couple people over the years. They're under the impression that since it's a FFL, that it trumps MA state law and no FA10 is required...

I know gun owners in Massachusetts I don't even know what an FA 10 even is. Hypothetically I might have known someone who bought several firearms in New Hampshire and thought he was good to go.
