my eform 1 is denied because I put AR15 SP1, as engraved on my colt lower, but they are saying "the model is SP1"

Make sure you've got the right Colt manufacturer on there too. I recall a thread or a blog that mentioned that there were so many incarnations of Colt, that you need to be sure you've got the right one on your form.
