Perhaps an after though to planning that everyone would be having lunch (therefore dispersed or gathered together in a common lunch area if the school had one). The plan looks like it had her wrapping up before noon so that’s probably why.

It's not one document. Word is there are at least 20 separate journals, a suicide note for the parents and this planning document.
