Ahh another 1st sat is upon us again for Hanson, the first nice weekend for shooting since nov 3 2014!

Hanson CMP scheduled for the 19th will not be running old fashion 22shoot to be shot 12-4

10 rounds slow fire sight in
20 rounds slow fire prone/bench
10 rounds rapid prone/bench
10 rounds rapid sitting/bench
10 rounds slow fire standing/bench
5$ for targets.

I have not been keeping up with HR&GC cmp postings.
Today was nice. Decent crowd for chilly morning.
I shot my 1942 Remington 513t. Not exactly a "cmp" match legal rifle but very fun.

Hanson is a intro to cmp shoot but they are going to try and run a few matches this year.
Most likely a combined style like as issued M1 and mondern military.

They have club M1 and 2 ARe first come first serve. You can bring anything you want it's a informal Cmp "shoot" can be shot from bench or positions.
