16" Titan .223 Wylde upper. Only put about 50 rounds through it a couple years ago and has been sitting in my safe since. I can include a BCG and I may have a charging handle laying around to include as well. Looking to get $300 or maybe trades if you have anything. Picture is one of the different ways I had it set up. UPPER ONLY, will not come with the hand stop.
