Winner Winner Got mine for Zone 7. Going on 3 years in a row. Lets hope I actually get to put some meat in the freezer this year.

With 11,000 permits available to 6,865 applicants. I would say your chances were pretty good.

What I meant was I was lucky enough to get it the past two years but had unsuccessful hunts. Spooked a good size doe the last day of the season last year entering the woods! It's ok though a bad day in the woods is still a good day.

Got mine for zone 11, hopefully i'll remember to get a surplus tag this year.

My brother did not get chosen this year in zone 12.

Got my zone 10 just now. And ironically saw a huge doe this morning on the river bank while fishing... in zone 10.

Year 5 with no doe tag. You would think with 40 -50% odds every year I might get one at some point. Maybe next year.
