2009 hunting license still valid?

My 2009 abstract shows the coyote season spanning from October 17, 2009 to March 8 2010. Does this mean my 2009 license is still valid for coyote until March 8?

You can buy it online and hunt as soon as you print it. (Not for deer or bear or turkey, because you have to have the tags) But Coyote is OK. There is an extra 3 dollar fee this year for shipping and handling for online sales.
