NYS has wasted no time in starting its first prosecution under the new SAFE Act......and they started with a decorated veteran....and so it begins. He is facing seven years for a felony conviction per mag he sold.

I read this, unfortunately he put the nails in his own coffin when the undercover said he wasn't allowed to buy it in a store because of a past felony and the vet's response was “The whole felony, banned-for-life thing, it’s stupid.’’.. Pretty much destroys his defense.
