Does anyone have experience with 200 gr heads in a .40 cal application?

Not looking for load data. Also not looking to set velocity records either. I'll have to make power factor, but its easy enough.

How was it for you vs 165 or 180 gr? Did you notice reduced recoil or muzzle flip, or both?

It'll be for a 4" 610 revolver. Used for action pistol type shooting games on paper and steel, and bowling pin shoots. It'll be either poly coated or hi-tek lead.
Did you noticed the o.a.l. grow a little like .45 acp in a 625?
I have buckets of .40 brass, primers and powder, just trying to decide on 180's or 200's before I buy them in bulk.

If you went the 10mm route, did you find speed loading it to be the same as .38 spl "on the clock"?
