1998 HK USP .40 - legal in MA?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if these would be legal to transfer in and if so, the name of a FFL around Boston who could handle the deal? Seems like a great price and I've been jonesing for one of these for a while...

Hk usp 40 is on the list of compliant firearms. Meaning you can get one regardless of the year

HK sent a letter to the AG and distributors are now shipping them to MA stores. You can now get one new for less than what they used to sell for used.

Not true. I purchased my used mint 1995 Usp 40 from a seller in Texas for $525 bucks even before HK went through with regulations with the AG. The 40 was on the EOPS list for a few years before being on the AG list.
