Good stuff:

Recent tires, solid overall. Has 3-burner stove, plug-in for lights/outlets (or runs on 12 v for just the lights), sleeps 6 if you're not too big and real friendly. Little ice box (not a fridge). Sink that works on either a hose hook up, or an onboard storage tank (we've never used the tank). Has an awning to go over the door side. Mechanically, it's good overall. Raises and lowers in ~5 minutes. One person can do it, but it's easier with 2. At age 10, my kids could help. At 12, they could do it for me! [laugh] We've had it for ~10 years, and we've spent probably 50 nights in it. It even has the original owner's manual!

Issues:

F'in MICE!. Ate some holes in the canvas at one end. That's what duct tape is for. IT DOES NOT STINK! No nasty, mildewey smell.

I rate it at a 7/10; my son at a 5/10.

We used to take it to State Shoots...lots of good memories, but it's not getting much use.

$1000, or BRO . It's under 3000 pounds, so no title is required. Bring money, a plate, and an 1 7/8" hitch. PM with email, for info, or pix.

This is on Craigslist, too..

Located in Framingham.
