1911 for my son 12th birthday!

I finally gave my son his new 1911. It's gorgeous. Some of you have seen it. Been hording it for 2 months. Entire gun is hand engraved with a dragon wrapping arpund slide, his name, and muzzle says "2 late 4 talking". vz grips, turbo grip screws.....shoulda seen his face! Tried to keep it cool

Nice pistol. My dad gave me a used .22 Springfield model 87A made by J Stevens Arms semi auto rifle on my 12th. that was 55 years ago and it is in the cabinet with everything else I have acquired over that time
