New posts look like they are being time stamped without adjustment for Sundays DST. This was posted at 8:11am EDT

Posting from tapatalk worked. I keep seeing others new posts one hour behind. Maybe their system time? Odd

Maybe server is running on GMT? Just don't care about DST.

Do you have your settings correct? I see your post as being at 8:11am and in my general settings, I have:

DST Correction Option: Automatically detect DST Settings
