In the light of Jon's post of good service, I had a issue with a Mil-Dot scope I picked up, Or should I say dropped. I didn't even get to sight it in.
I sent it back to them with $10.00 shipping charge and a note explaining what was going on with the scope. I received a new one about 2½ weeks later.
Lessons learned the hard way.
1. Don't drop new scopes.
2. BSA has good service.
