1,000 yard benchrest range

does anyone know where the nearest 1,000 yard benchrest range is in relationship to boston, ma? this range
would use ibra rules, not nra. and, would allow .308.

There are two orgs. NBRSA & IBS. I think PA is the closest. Williamsport is in north central part of the state. The IBS site has all the matches listed but the NBRSA leaves a lot to be desired.
