In 1957 a Revolution … individuals … malicious individuals, masquerading as Democrats, revolutionaries, established a regime … a dictatorial regime … in my nation. Called Communism, Socialism, Stalinism, Marxism, and whatever other named -ism you want to put on it. The reason why it was done was to take away the guns from the People. The right of the People to wear guns. That is a God-given Right. It’s not given by anybody. It’s not given by any group. It’s the same thing as freedom, which is a God-given Right. And no one, absolutely no one, has the authority to take it away. To cease to defend the Second Amendment, and my God-given Right of freedom, will cease only with my death.

I’ve been through it. I’ve been there. You people don’t know what freedom is because you never lost it. You haven’t been tortured. You haven’t been [sic] assassinations, you haven’t been mothers begging for the life of their son not to be killed because the only reason is they wanted to be free. And they killed the mothers and they killed the son.

So my way to protest, the way to oppose, because if we keep tangling with the Second Amendment, we are open the same way that Cuba was open for Communism. China, Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Venezuela, on and on. A dictatorial regime that will destroy this country, in the same way that it destroyed those ones that I mentioned to you.

The fact that they open the door and set up someone else to be able to ban guns in the future is why we oppose them now, and that is truly what this fight is about, not letting our fredoms slip so far away that people in the near future do not suffer

I think your actually way off base. I think with today's age of information we can all look very easily at some of the incidents in the past and see where this is heading. Now it's guns, when they get those it's your right to fair trials and warrants.(more so than now). Then it's a total sham in the press and religion then speech. You can see they want to control everything we do. And once they do that the genocides will start. The only thing holding us off this slope is the fact gun owners greatly outnumber all Leo's and soldiers. And a mob mentality will ensue and we can revolt and easily overthrow those in power if we had a Uniter. Most people who oppose their views recognize this I think which is why they don't want to head down this slope.
Now the people wanting to ban guns now aren't all bad as in like a Bond villain trying to rule the world. They are puppets on a string being played because they actually think the world would be better sans guns. So we need to remove the puppet masters peacefully if possible and start thinking for ourselves again. But hey what do I know lol that's just what I think
