‘Destroyed’ FBI, DEA gun parts found in criminal ‘ghost gun’

It's always fun to see them embarrass themselves, but this story comes across as a whole lot of nothing to anyone who knows how available and inexpensive those parts are on the legal market. That group clearly doesn't include the reporters on this story. That being said, the story is clearly seen as useful for whipping up the panic among the Karens.

ATF did this too and a security guard was stealing them and flipping them online, then they started showing up at crime scenes. 🤣
So not only have the feds done a piss poor job of securing evil firearms that must be destroyed, their internal security including employee and contractor background check is crap.
 
I remember seeing pictures (many years ago) of a Thompson that police seized and threw into the Ocean ( I think off of NY) that was retrieved and used in another crime.
