Got it. Thank you for the info, I appreciate it.
  2. Worcester Pistol Rifle Outside Rifle Range Upgrade Project

Any further updates? My son and I were there today and saw the work done so far on the rifle range. I'm assuming from what it looks like is all that's been done is lead remediation of the various backstops there. What else will be done prior to reopening?
  3. Target Sports Delivering Again

I generally bought anywhere from 2 to 4 boxes each month when it would go on sale. When I moved all my ammo to ammo cans I found that I had 1,000 rounds!

Thanks for the info. I'll be getting to reloading 223 soon.
  5. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

I use ammo cans for storing ammo. I have quite a few .50 cal cans which will hold 2K loose 9mm. I also have quite a few of the smaller cans. Been using some plastic ones I get cigars in for storing my brass. Each one can hold about 1500 9mm cases. I have one for cases that are ready for priming...

Saw that they were available so I jumped on them. Worked out pretty good as the same vendor had all the powder and primers I needed so just one shipping and hazmat fee.

    Got a delivery.
  8. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Over the course of the past two days I decapped, sized, wet tumbled and dried approximately 600 9mm cases. Ok, who am I BSing, anyone who has read some of my past posts knows it wasn't "approximately 600", it was 609.
  9. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Fired off the 50 rounds of 9mm I reloaded of five varying COLs. Settled with 5.5 grains under a 124 grain RMR RN FMJ with a 1.11 COL recipe when using Alliant BE - 86. Next up is my recipe using Hodgdon HS - 6, which will be at 6.4 grains. I also have some Hodgdon HP - 38 and CFE Pistol coming...
  10. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Found the powder charge I like for my 9mm reloads for Alliant BE 86 (5.5 gr), so I made 50 rounds using RMR 124 gr RN FMJ, making 10 rounds each with five different COLs.
  11. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

It took everything in me to finish them up, but I trudged on [smile]
  12. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Primed about 60 9mm cases. Decapped 200 9mm cases out of the close to 500 I picked up yesterday at the range that people were so kind to leave scattered about.
  13. Worcester Pistol and Rifle Club

Well, that was short lived. Shot some 9mm reloads today as well as two boxes of factory ammo, for a total of 130 rounds at the far end outdoor range. Came home with close to 500 cases! Picked up even more than that, including 22 lr and some steel cased which I deposited in their respective...
  14. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Finally got the chance to shoot my 9mm reloads. All used once fired Blazer Brass cases, Federal 100 small pistol primers and 124 grain RMR FMJ RN bullets. I made five rounds each using two different powders, three different powder weights each, for a total of 30 rounds. I fired three rounds of...

HS6 is not considered to be a fast powder.
  16. Somerville under new state of emergancy!! - Racism

Sure, relax the standards of employment. I mean, it worked well in Miami, right?
  17. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Yet we all know whose door they'd be banging on for help when they need it.
  18. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

Unfortunately, not close enough. Someday, someday 😊
  19. What did you do in the reloading room recently?

I use this separator from Frankford Arsenal, then use the magnet to get the pins out from the bottom of the bucket. Works great.
  20. Where to get powder and primers

Fyi, I emailed Shooters Outpost awhile back to see if their Amherst store was equally stocked with powder and primers, as that would be a shorter ride from Worcester. It took awhile for them to get back to me so I ended up ordering from an online vendor, however, they did eventually get back to...
