Worst part of MoBeach is finding a sponsor. I was very active in the action shooting group and it took a couple years to get a sponsor.

Monument Beach in Bourne has open pits. Also host IDPA and multigun matches. One pit is 100 yards, a couple vtac barricades, plate rack in one pit.

Yep, just show up with your gun, mags, ammo, eye and ear pro and you're good to go. You can shoot most handguns and also .22 rifles. Not sure about carbines, will ask this week.

Bass River has steel shoots every Wednesday night starting at 5pm (usually earlier) for either $5 or $10. Laid back and not totally strict to rules, but still fun and gets in some trigger time.

Plymouth has nice facilities, indoor and out. Indoor 24/7, 21' minimum out to 50'. Might be a little far though. If you want to check it out, let me know.

What distance are you looking to travel? Which sport are you most interested in? My club has skeet, trap and spotting clays, but little to no overlap between shooters. I am one of two or three that will bounce around.

Who is going to take on that kind of responsibility for that pay rate, and have the required qualifications?
Next delay excuse will be that they can't fill the positions needed.

^Then don't contribute your money. As a resident, the fees are somewhat reasonable. As a non-resident, there are much better deals elsewhere.
