    Yeah. My LTC was "printed" on July 24th, mailed out on the 28th, and, according to the local licensing officer, it still hasn't arrived at my P.D.! That's 16 days to get from Chelsea to about 10 miles away from Chelsea. The letter-carrier could have kicked it all that way, and it still should...

    That’s quite a rant! Unfortunately, it doesn’t answer my question! when you say “find a dealer”, do you mean a local dealer or a dealer online (in which case I have to go through an FFL, right?) As you can tell, I’m completely new to all of this. Looking to purchase my first handgun.

    How is it possible for a gun to be on the “MA approved” list, but not be “MA compliant”? Aren’t they the same thing? The MA approved list includes many Glock models, yet yesterday I asked at a giun store why they didn’t sell Glocks, and I was told because they’re not MA compliant. ???

    Does anyone know of any specific police departments that are accepting new applications for LTC. It could certainly help me place a bit of pressure on my local PD if I could point to other police departments that have not suspended accepting applications. Thanks.

    Does anyone out there happen to have any idea when the governor will be allowing local police departments to begin accepting new applications for LTC? Is it a Phase 3 opening? I've been trying to get my app. in for a while now.
