I'd agree, that's not an HD rear sight.
The real HDs have no white outline around the tritium in the rear, as they are designed to draw your focus to the front sight; the back of the sight should be serrated, designed to reduce glare from light sources behind you:

A buddy of mine in Maine has one in 9mm. It's got an interesting trigger, breaks really early in the pull. It was comfortable in the hand, and to shoot; accurate as you'd expect from a Sig, but the trigger would take some getting used to, for me anyway.
