    Having had run-ins with range tards, I don't think I want them behind me with loaded firearms while I'm running a tablet or timer.

    Shot one once, bigger and way more fun to shoot and watch. I couldn't believe the amount of people that flew in just for that. The guy that shows up with his mobile welding rig, I don't think he shut that thing down once all weekend.

    No matter how good someone thinks they are (including myself) while standing in that box, all fine motor skills go out the window as soon as that timer goes off. Took a year or so to loosen up. I once watched a shooter go through about 250 rds (and change guns because he ran out of 1 caliber)...

    A reasonable supply is double of what you'd go through during a competition season. Per caliber.

    Is i.d.p.a. six shot only? I've never shot it, club member told me that I'd have to shoot "e.s.r." because of the moon's and could only load 6 rounds instead of 8.
