Is this weapon MASS compliant? I see a bunch of the PO on the approved firearms website but the model numbers don't match the numbers on PO's website? Any one have a clue on this, cuz i sure as hell don't.

Hey guys, new to the forum and new to AR-15s. I was wondering if i were to purchase the upper in the link and replace the front sight for a gas block and add a muzzle brake(and weld it?) would it be considered Mass compliant? Thanks for any input...
