How many of those "gun owners" didnt have anyone at home to secure guns from? They make it sound like its parents with toddlers and it's just as likely to be 30yos with no kids in their house... And with such "loose" storage, why doesn't north Carolina have sky high gun violence rates?

I've been told there is a mass legal one out there now with a slightly longer barrel. Not much different visibly but it's all in the last 2". Call your lgs and ask about the newest version....

Is there anyway for a no-body peon to review the nfa list to see if a sn is registered without having helicopters hovering over your house? A public list of all registered mg's by make and sn? I'm sure if you call them they will be happy to trace your call... I mean gun..

Just grab a shockwave (they are out there if you look long enough and have the cash). But a bunch of mini shells into it and your gtg for any "home defense" situation but with a much shorter oal. (A grip light or for end light makes a dandy aim point reference)

Technically, can you ship firearms to the atf? I mean the law only states manufacturers and gunsmiths right? Not governmental organizations. I know it's a non issue but I hate it when the government ignores laws when they are inconvenienced under the "well we won't charge them" concept. This...

From what I've been told (on the internet so it's worth its weight in gold), the free floating pins only have a problem when they get so gummed up that the pin stays "pushed forward" while the bolt closes. The pin itself doesnt have enough mass for inertia to come into play
