Today was a sad day, I disassembled my Dillon 650 to box it up and send it to its new home. Here is all that remains, four holes in a bench that made many happy rounds of ammo.
The good news is that in 19 days I get to make a new bench to reload at but this time in the happy gun loving...
I gave away 5k SPP to a good friend today as a thank you for helping with with some projects around the house.
Hopefully by the time I need them I’ll be able to find them again. Either way I have no regrets and good friends are more than worth their weight in primers.
If anyone is comparing lights to buy here are a few pics of the UFO light. I like this much better that the single light that drops through the center of the tool head.

I have a few mods on my 650 and will add more over time. Currently I have the
- Primer shut off switch
- Indexer Bearing
- Roller handle
- Lighter spring and Teflon ball bearing under the shell plate (makes a smoother rotation and helps prevent powder spillage).
- UFO light
Which is pretty comical since there are tons of posts stating companies AND direct links to places all throughout that thread and they are still there. Scroll through the first few pages alone to see.
