  1. Is an MA DL required for a res LTC?

No it is not required. I moved from NH and gave them my NH DL. This was about 4 months ago and I received a non-restricted resident LTC. Edit: this may be a Boston-only “requirement”.
  2. Boston globe Mill article

Has Jason ever *not* been problematic? He was always on the wrong side of the fence IMO. I understand others feel differently about that.
  3. All things, MA non-resident LTC

I had a non-res LTC, no restrictions while living in NH. I was a former MA resident and still traveled to the state to visit family and occasionally for work. The application required references (I don’t believe they were ever contacted), a letter indicating reason for application, and a visit...
  4. Lexington MA LTC letter advice (or, better, experience)

Not anymore. PD needs to update their forms. If you want to play ball, “All Lawful Porposes” /thread
  5. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

That’s a good bit of info. ATF “requests” you to file the 5320 for suppressors after you move. Which, to me, seemed counter-intuitive when the whole point of the form is to request permission to move the items.
  6. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

So by that logic, I would fill out the form asking to bring my supressors into MA which, by law, they would be required to deny? What’s the point there? If there’s a change of address form for the feds, I am unaware of it. To be clear, we are talking about a form 5320.20 which is a request for...
  7. Anyone ever been to Sig Sauers store in NH?

That’s not true. Unless the Sig store changed their policy in recent years.
  8. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

I’ve thought about that. The Mill would be closer than NH. Not sure how involved the process is and whether it would be worth the effort.
  9. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

Because I paid for them, I want them, and the NH border will be a 30-40 minute drive. Not worth it to sell them.
  10. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

People say "they couldn't pay me enough", but I assure you, they can.
  11. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

Very insightful input. If you want to f*** around with your NFA stuff, be my guest.
  12. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

Thank you. They are in a trust but none of the other trustees are in NH. I’m going the safe deposit box route or friend’s house in a locked safe to which only I have the key.
  13. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

I cannot even get someone from my bank on the phone these days. And I give them money.
  14. Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

I am turning to the NES brain trust for this one. I am currently living in NH and own a few NFA items. In the near future I will be moving to MA for work and will have a temporary housing situation before I am able to settle someplace. I cannot bring my suppressors with me and have decided to...
