Trident Concepts Carbine Class
This is the one to go to. Great facilities and Dynamic Instructor. You will get your $$$ worth. Jeff Gonzales is a great instructor and you will see me in the class. Already have my ammo and just looking for a new sight set up.

Pat Rogers is doing his 3 day class as well.

I certainly have nothing bad to say about Jeff Gonzales (he has a great reputation and other trainers, including Pat Rogers, have said so as well) but I can personally recommend Pat's class, having been to it myself.
You will benefit greatly from either course.

Since I already took a course with Jeff, I want to expand my horizons and most likely will be taking Pat's class.
Jeff is a good instructor, however, for me, there seems to be too much emphasis on shooting. Given my beginner level, I don't find this as instructive as some other classes.
**Personally** I found that 1500 rounds / 3 days seems to be the best balance between material retention and applied practice. I think Jeff usually goes over 1500 rounds in two days.

will be doing a tactical rifle class June 23/24 in at the Blue Trails Range in Wallingford CT.
Being CT, you need to be careful that you don't run afoul of their "Evil Looking Gun" laws.

Is an M1 carbine non-evil enough?
"When I see how few who talked so largely of death and honour are around me, and that those who are here are those whom it was least expected, I am lost in wonder and surprise. Your noisy Sons of Liberty are, I find, the very quietest in the field. An engagement or even the expectation of one gives a wonderful insight into character."

The Pat Rogers class is still in limbo for dates that work per Ryan Gallien up in NH.
