Serial numbers on Condoms
Did yu know the Federal Government is now requiring that serial numbers be placed on condoms. This is what my Brother in Law was telling all the young men at a family gathering. None of them had ever heard of this new policy or observed the serial number. Their Uncle answered with a look of surprise and said, "Well, you guys are not rolling it back far enough to read it."
