Default Texas teen gets probation for QUADRUPLE FATALITY

    ...in DWI case. Really?

Defense attorneys said the boy suffered from 'affluenza' and blamed the boy's parents, saying they gave him everything he wanted and didn't teach him about consequences.

A 16 year old kid driving an F350? Not a very practical vehicle for learning to drive. I'm not surprised he lost control of it. Nice job, mom & dad. My first car was a pretty large truck, but an F350 is huge.

Isn't the quote in the OP kind of ironic??

They say it's the parents fault for not teaching him responsibility, but than let him off after killing 4 people.

    I'm confused...

Driving drunk is seen by some as a victimless crime. 4 victims here can't argue the point.

Drunk driving is a victimless "crime". Vehicular homicide is not, however.

Shooting a gun in the air is a victimless crime? Until the bullets hit someone? Do dangerous things and pay the price.
