When I used to ride I got a bug in my ear once. I just had my passenger blow hard in the other ear and the bug popped right out. For me, a bug in the ear is tied for first place among human/insect interaction while driving. Like HardJeepGuy I tried getting at it with the helmet still on to no avail. Close to bug in the ear was in a car with no ac, driving back from the beach, when a yellow jacket popped in, landed on my left leg, and crawled inside my swim suit. It didn't end well for either of us.
