Default Glock Gen4 Legal in MA

I just noticed this was updated. Does it mean as an MA resident I can legally buy a new one? Or is this more a list for LEO's to purschase for Duty?

Are dealers willing to sell them? I believe they probably have a very large quanity of stock pre 98 ban glocks?

You can certainly buy a new Glock with no legal exposure whatsoever. There's a slim chance a dealer will sell you one due to the AG's regulations.

So basically it's the same issue we have always had before in MA. Nothing has changed and the Dealer most likely will not Sell them to private personal.

That's correct. If you walked into, say, Four Seasons and tried to buy a Gen4, they would not sell it to you.

I am not from MA, so I was wondering what are those regulations?

CMRs covering unfair and deceptive trade practices, made by the attorney general. They have the force of law. Glocks fall under this because they don't have a mag disconnect or loaded chamber indicator.
