Seriously... You can buy a new entry toy hauler for 8-10k or a larger used one for that much.

but its an interesting idea for a DIY project. Take a trailer kit, truck box, and truck camper and make your own.

Basic utility trailer, add 2 sheets 4x8 plywood in bottom, all camping stuff on top. Make some struts with adjustable height for "wings". Then put tent on the plywood wing platform, storage underneath (inside trailer, under platform). You can use any tent, and it all packs nicely. You have the additional bonus of a general purpose utility trailer, plus left over money for other stuff.
