What happens if your cat gets pregnant? Is there a requirement to have an ultrasound to determine how many cats are in there? At what point do you need to apply for the kennel license (at conception, at birth)?

If your home is not in a zone that allows kennels does this mean you will need to drown the cat before it gives birth so you stay within the law?

Thought process of a liberal:

1. I don't like it.
2. We should ban it.
3. Damn can't ban it......
4. Let's make people pay for a license to have the privilege. Bingo!

If the cats are destroying your property call animal control or sue the person for damages. Don't go and make other peoples lives difficult.
