    A-holes.
When you get outraged enough, grab your rifle and head outside. If you're the only one there, it's not time yet.

"Undoubtedly some think that the Second Amendment
is outmoded in a society where our standing army is
the pride of our Nation, where well-trained police forces
provide personal security, and where gun violence is a
serious problem. That is perhaps debatable, but what is
not debatable is that it is not the role of this Court to
    pronounce the Second Amendment extinct.
We affirm the judgment of the Court of Appeals.
    It is so ordered."

This one's on the Fed level and it's much nastier than the Klinton version.
You can defend yourself with a handgun,
you can defend your home with a shotgun,
but you'll need a rifle to defend your liberty.

‘‘(ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon"

How do I make my pistol grip inconspicuous? I'd like to know.
How do you make something tactical? Paint it black and charge a higher price.

This time, however, it's not the Democrats sponsoring it.

    Rep. Mark Kirk [R-IL]
    Rep. Michael Castle [R-DE]
    Rep. Michael Ferguson [R-NJ]
    Rep. Christopher Shays [R-CT]

    i just read the bill.

The bill does grandfather post 1994 weapons up until the enactment of this current legislation. However, large capacity magazines are only grandfathered prior to sept 13, 1994.

WOW...that means the all the people in free states who have purchased large cap mags since the expiration of the original ban will immediately become felons upon the passage of this bill.

It appears that the only effect this ban will have on mass gun owners it that preban mags will again go for big money.
