After loading some more I have discovered I was not using enough crimp. They are all passing now. Thanks for all the input

Well loaded them longer didn't help still the same dilemma.

That's a possibility I'm loading at 1.13 perhaps ill try a bit longer. That might work since I'm loading 147's and they are longer to begin with
