    Default European IPSC Rifle Championship

    So I'm dreaming, but this would be a great summer vacation.

    From the IPSC website;

    July13-18, 2009
    IPSC Norway is pleased to invite all IPSC shooters for the first time ever to the European IPSC Rifle Championship. It will be held near the city of Kongsberg, with its beautiful sights and exciting history. We are blessed by the armed forces of Norway, and we have been given access to the facilities of Heistadmoen Military Camp. This will provide us with the opportunity to give you the best possible Rifle match in nice surroundings.

    We are aiming for 20 high quality stages, with fun and challenging shooting. You will have 4 days of shooting and one day off. For the day off, you will get the opportunity to go on a sight-seeing to the silver mines and the museum of Kongsberg Arms.     If you can forgive Kongsberg Vaapenfabrikk for selling US quiet submarine prop technology to the USSR back in the late 80's, I guess it might be fun.
