Default MA laws reguarding neighborhood " party house"

For a friend in a nearby town, before he consults a lawyer.....

Here is a recurring situation, please advise if there is any legal options.

Parents go away for the weekend, adult children home from college and in a nearby town go to the parents house and throw a humdinger of a party. Parents come home apologize, go away another weekend and another party occurs. Keeping in mind these are alcohol fueled loud outdoor music loud talking people to 3 in the morning parties with drunk driving involved. This has become a one to two times a month event.

Small town police sometimes respond, reluctance of the neighbors to get involved and veiled retaliation of 20-somthing age party goers. The parents either can't do anything, don't care or some combination of the two. Can the parents be charged with aiding and abetting or other such laws?

Have some of the younger people on NES that would fit in crash the party and break it up.

About the only thing I can think of is keep calling the cops. Eventually the cops might get tired enough of it to find a way to stop it.

Video and show to parents and police. (Make sure you get plates on video). Also make sure they see you taking the video. Won't the property owners be liable for any drunk driving accidents? Also more than likely there will be at least one underage drinker there.

IIRC there is such a thing as "Keeping a Disorderly house", We used that in conjuction with Pepperell PD a number of years ago. The Teens tormenting the nieghbors, with the ATV's Driving all over the nieghbors' property, even after parents were spoken to. Took several visits and documentation to get it done.

Walk over to tell them to quiet down, step on a glass beer bottle in the grass. Demand to go to ER. Sue the living **** out of the parents. Problem solved.

Mow their lawn the next morning around 6:30. Hangovers + lawnmowers = unpleasant. Just make sure you do a shitty job.

Seriously though, I also like the idea of getting some video. Maybe some video of drunk kids getting into cars, burning out, hauling a$$ down the street, etc. If the cops don't care, maybe you get the mayor's kid on video and you can blackmail him :)
