I walked through McDonald's and got some salt stuck to my shoe. Does that constitute illegal possession of reloading components?

They don't have anything else better to do?
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” (Jefferson's "Commonplace Book," 1774-1776, quoting from On Crimes and Punishment, by criminologist Cesare Beccaria, 1764)

Trying to figure out who is the most stupid here, the arresting Officer ( well that is a no brainier, surprised the DICK didn't call SWAT) or the Court calling this an actual assault.
And to think we hire these people to up hold actual laws. when they can hardly think as it obviously is....scary man real scary....Next in line noted as assault, Kissing and hugging one another..
