Hartford Trip Report
Worth the trip (at least for me).
The largest number of firearms I have ever seen at a show. I would guess over 4,000 firearms and over 500 swords.
However: No post 1899 handguns and no post 1946 longarms. Some kind of issue with the Hartford Police Chief.
Also no modern ammunition. However on the way home I stopped at Riverview Sales in E Windsor, CT and they have to be the largest ammo retailer I have ever seen in New England!
Also not one food, trinket or Tee shirt vendor.
PS: Did a driveby viewing of the old and the new Colt factory in Hartford.

A lot of high end guns. Several vendors had tables of WW1 and WW2 C&R rifles at pretty reasonable prices but nothing I wanted. I made a $50 offer on a parts Krag missing the bolt but he held out for $100.
