The septic system and well are new in 2007, the outside of the place was cob blasted and refinished in 2008. In the back yard is a .22LR range with bullet trap where you can shoot without anyone giving a crap.

The place has 20+ acres on 3 sides that are unbuildable so you have privacy. The back yard is fenced to keep rover away from the street. State line gun shop in Mason NH is just 5 miles away. A NH state booze store its another mile down the road from that. There are 2 gun ranges one about a mile away and the other about 5 miles away. Ashby is a 2A green town if you have a clean record.
