2000 Yamaha XVS650 $1700 Amesbury

364.jpgO.K. here's the story. Bought the bike last year for my wife for $2495 with 28,270 miles on it. Added Memphis shades QD windshield, saddlebags and brackets ($750). Bike fell on her when we were backing it into parking lot (engine was turned off trying to teach her how to park it). Bike "is way to big for me" so it went into storage with under 300 miles added to odometer.

Trading it in, dealership is offering me $1700 for it. Anybody wants it at that price let me know. Rather see it sell here than have t dealership add on another $700-$800 to someone else. Bike runs great. Had a few dings on the right rear when we bought it. New dings are a bent brake handle (but it still works and have a new one I haven't put on yet) and a scuff on the right side of windshield. May need a new battery but I will put one in if it sells. Bike is still in storage but I can pull it out this weekend if theres any interest. I have a copy of the original add with lots of pictures from when we bought it. Regretfully nothing with the add ons til this weekend. Haven't seen it since November

Great first (if you weigh over 120 lbs and have a sense of balance) bike. Passed inspection no problem.

Oh and its maroon and dark purple.
